Problems:
1. Too big, try making your banner (I'm guessing that's what it was meant to be) more smaller. i.e, you said this was for Toon World, so it should be 400x160 or 300x100 ._. (I checked.)
2. Text doesn't go with it at all, mostly for font reasons. Try a different font, and maybe add some effects to it.
3. Maybe replace the card with an actual made one from Yugioh Card Maker or something.
4. Try to blend the renders more with the background ._.
