Ok LDA has ALOT of members as everyone knows so to celebrate LDA being so popular I suggest we host like the BIGGEST TOURNAMENT ever to exist in a duel academy and we could have like some HUGE prize and we let everyone from SLIFER to ADMIN join.

sounds like too much work, it's hard enough getting 16 people to get online and duel for a tournament is hard work in itself. 32 or 64 people would be way too much trouble.

sweet idea, I hope it really happens but the bigger it is the harder to get it organized

If anything it would have to be two people organizing it, one person in charge of half and the other in charge of the other half; the winners of each half face off to declare a champion

Jon is right that might be the only way but it would still be a long shot.

Even so it could make this place even greater and im sure we can get the right amount of people in i mean who doesnt love a good tourny and besides this would be a real chance for people to test the greatness of there deck and strategy.And who knows if this would go great we might even get to do this once a year that is if we do it this year.and like all tournaments u cant expect to finish it in one day.

the idea is nice...but 64 peopole? wow forget that, the sign ups will never be done. 32? sounds better, but half of the users would be disqualified for inactivity, we could try it out someday thought, but it's not going to be soon.

that is a nice ideas but broblem is the bigger it is the harder it will be to make it but we could make a part of it like tourney part 1 , tourney part 2 ,tourney part 3 and then the final tourney the winers of thous tourneys will duel

not 64 may be 32 or 28.If it is 28 we will divide the tourney into for groups of seven and the first and the second go to the finals??Its just and idea

Isn't better to do,the first 18 who sign up will take the tourney.

A tournament of 64 is even hard on BC...I say bring it down to 34. If we were going to do that, we'd have to let sign-ups go on for maybe 2-3 weeks...

If we were going to something this big, then it'd have to be at the end of the year, probably in December, planning has to go on too. ^^

But the idea is...interesting, we'll just have to think about it. A LOT. XD

Hmm, yea this is true.

It's just kinda hard with all the time zones and stuff.
So maybe you should make the tournament with the rule that if a duel hasn't been done in the time limit, without a good reason, both duelists are diqualified. (This would get the speed of tournament up, and active persons will get the prices in the end)

the winners of the tournerd my win many DC and he will have a titlle like"the champion of LDA" and if he is and ra or slifer ,he will raise to obelisk

i like the idea.. but frank... with whole moving up in rank.. that sounds good, just let the winner go up in rank by one. (Slifer to ra, ra to obelisk, etc.)

I know even with 34 people or 18 this would be tough but ,come on its not like im stupid i know this would take a while just to get enough people to signup but we r LDA did LDA because the most popular academy on its own NO! it became like that because of the hard work of all the admins and Ace.And i know that even small tournys take time because of the fact that people cant all get on at the same time but we could make it work somehow and even if u dont like the idea thats fine it was just an idea,BUT if u dont like it because of the work it would take then u dont know what LDA is capable of.
