Partners and Tag Duels

Essentially, everyone in the academy can pick their own partner, in which you can do tag duels with -- essentially, one person in the team gets another, like so:

Grace and Ace vs Kikyo Maaka and Mar Kos

So, Ace would go against Mar Kos, and Kikyo would go against Grace. The pair that wins would get double the DC than normal, and it'd be split between the two people of the winning team.

Also, there's a place to put their name in your profile, just to inform.

And, um, yeah, guess that's it. So go searching for a partner

One more thing!

You can change your partners at any time, but be good on who you choose, as they might be with you for a long time, or a short minute xD

Go to your Profile and a new box will be called "Partner:" and you can enter the username of him/her. After, just arrange a duel with other partners for this chance.

and post who won
and say ace beat me but marik beats omega marik will vs ace to see who wins correct =D thanx for the help

Another way I have heard of is:

After the first set of duels, switch opponents and duel.
Tally wins, then declare winner from the team with most wins.

The necroposting rule only applies to dead topics. They're free to ask questions in open, stickied topics. It was probably only dead because people didn't have questions.

I have a question about the DC given for a tag duel. when someone wins a tag duel and they get twice the DC and then have the split between the two teem mates that's pretty much the same as getting the winnings from a solo duel. It seems to me that if more DC was awarded for winning a tag match it would be more popular

also getting a partner online and finding another set of partners online that are willing is pretty tricky, so maybe it should be a lot of DC haha.
