Yeah i think it IS overpowered a bit or maybe even more

It's really cool :p. But you should have named it Blue Eyes Black Dragon or Red Eyes White Dragon lol. I didn't think you over-powered it. The effect is very fair and balanced

well it was hard to choose name for this card,because it cant be Blue Eyes Black Dragon cause it has Red eyes and it cant be Red Eyes White Dragon well you know why so it should be named Red Eyes Black Dragon but it cant so I choosed a completley difrent name

hum.. sorry, I don't think a fusion betwen blue eyes and red eyes could be that powerfull it's even more powerfull than blue eyese ultimate because of it's effect...5/10
