not the best of decks. it focused far too much on the summoning of a cyber dragon fusion.
the deck itself didn't have much of a structure with a mix of rather weak machines(most of which had no effects) and slight milling.
the monsters in the deck were rather weak from what I saw of them I say very few effect monsters and far too many cards that required sacrifices.
also a large lack of staple cards largely hindered his decks strength.
After considering your deck strength, rules knowledge, and room for improvement I think it's best that you be assigned to Slifer Red
