how can i be a tester ؟

If you'd like to be tested go to the Tester's Lounge and request for a test in one of their rooms, or join one of their Hamachi Networks, which is listed in a Sticky Topic there.

You can become a Tester over time, or when an Admin/Tester thinks you're ready.
