Im here to request an affiliation with you guys. Neo Domino City is a new city open for everyone no matter the academy or Clan you are in. Since idk if i can post the link just PM if you want it or check my signature. This new city theme is role playing and fan fic.. we need academies to affiliate to us to become a city so let me know what you decide.
