I cant comment any more because im not sure of what some of the monsters are

It would be helpful if we knew what you were trying to do but i'll tell you that you can't even summon Gate Guardian without Sanga of the Thunder, Kazejin, and Suijin. You don't use trap jammer without unless it all you have and 1 Wave Motion Cannon isn't very useful outside of a Burn deck.That Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon shouldn't be there either since it can't even be summoned without toonworld.

all I can say is that you have a lot of hight level monsters, and many of them require 3 tributes or have a hard summoning condition, also, I see no strategy in there, I'd recomend you to get reid of the strong monsters, specialy gate guardian.
