Opinion on Staff

Eh well I'll only mention those who are inactive for the time being.

Omega 6* << Haven't seen much testing lately.

Yeah the * means close to a different rank. I'll make a new one, since I hate to demote people. If they prove themselves, while in the rank given, they will be handed back the positions they have been demoted from. It depends on the higher the position the bigger the proof needed.

Other people such as Aster or Grace seem to enjoy LDA. Maybe even some Testers.
To those who do, great job!

No, not really, although when this academy gets bigger and Aster's posts can actually not pwn us all in stuff that I'm not supposed to say, he'll stay for the while.

Staff is eh? Not really active. I see 3-5 staff members that are actually helping the academy out. How about considering a small staff since your academy is small.

..well I've seen aster sometimes in the users who have loged in in the last 24 hours. But he hasn't posted anything here lately.

I'm active. Not posting active but I check over the forums every once in a while doing my duties.

EJRtheBrave, face it, you are not active. You have 11 posts. You are an Administrator with 11 posts.... some new member have WAY more posts than you. RedGoodwin is not active either, neither is Omega 6.
I suggest changing the staff.

Lily's fine, as long as the GFX section could get active she is. Now the section pretty much stinks with only two contributing. Might be better if we all go and get tutorials on GFX which I'd be able to provide. Should be fun teaching tens of members stuff that takes months to years to master

Yeeeah at first I judged LDA's admins with potential, so I had picked those people. The people you see now who are active and posting had sparked the potential to the greatest extent!

Better change some DC now...and holy crud I got a backup system so if LDA was ever deleted I could foil them easily with instant admin panel accezz0rz.

Well it's not like your posts are productive. I took a look at most of your posts and they were all on Pointless games. That's all LDA is right now. Until KCVDS popularity increases and LDA's popularity, no REAL administration could be done. It's not like I'm the only admin here. There are others that can take over the forum and Ace trusts me. He knows I'm a good Admin.

Well it's not like your posts are productive. I took a look at most of your posts and they were all on Pointless games. That's all LDA is right now. Until KCVDS popularity increases and LDA's popularity, no REAL administration could be done. It's not like I'm the only admin here. There are others that can take over the forum and Ace trusts me. No EJR, he is correct. You are not active and adminstration can be done. You don't post at all you don't check the forum, you don't advertise, i agree with unkown.

EJR, why should I watch my mouth? I mean no disrespect, but you offended me. OK, yes I mostly post in games, atleast I post. You are an Admin, you joined 2009-03-23, all you have is 12 posts. Some new users have more than 100 posts than you do.

And as JY1 said, you completely forgot about LDA. If you really want to be helpful, try posting at least... your not even helping Ace in anything. Don't ask me how do I know, I know.

Amazing, we're all cloning the BC Subway in this topic! Well com' on EJR, doesn't matter if you spam or not, since I myself prove the point. I don't post in games, I simply fulfill my roles as an administrator, not caring for myself but my members.

Simply have some fun here at LDA, we won't bite, unless someone tries to ruin the fun that is. Simply have less of a Lord of Order personality, there's no order here, there's only freedom.

btw Grace, no because I don't laugh at other people's expense unless they laugh at my expense and then I go and hit them with a car, run away with the guy's wife, put her in a boat to Mexico and do some fancy Kung-Fu moves.

KCVDS is verry popular nowdays, there are 43000+ users registred on BC right now. LDA is not verry popular yet since it's only 2 mounts old and it has been opened for only 1 mount, but it shoud once some time passes I'm sure it will have a lot of users.

Well at least EJR found this topic and posted here to defend himself unlike all other ones that where listed, so you can't say he forgot about LDA. Post aren't everything, and 100 posts is not a great thing if half of them are in the games. I agree EJR should be a bit more active thought, but he shoulnd't be listed there, I'm sure he will make some more post now.

wow tharyan and omega 6 have been inactive for a long time..That means me and kikyo are the only testers right now....I know I said I would only test spanish and french speaking users, but I guess I'll have to make some exeptions or kikyo will be taking all the work.

And I don't think it's right that you're deleting posts in the games section, you're not supposed to do that, those games were put there so that people can post there, so there's no reason to delete them. (I've only deleted one or two posts, mostly because they didn't make sense or weren't following the rules of the games, and even then I tell the craetor of the post).

Bout the deleting. I don't think he actually did that, since via Security in the ACP I've only seen post deleting from Grace about 2-3 times MAX and that, was when Ichigo Bankai was still Johan-Anderson...

I don't see how I was burned. I'm not offended but I respect Grace's argument. I don't agree but that's something else.

Grace, are you telling me that I delete posts in games, because I've never touched anything in games.

I've noticed that the admins spam sometimes, and I'm not talking about the games, I talking about of topics and short posts. Here I got some examples:

Well that's all, don't get mad, I'm just giving my opinion, I'm not saying you are bad admins, I just saying you spam too much, and I must recognize I spam too, but I usualy try not to. Well I think you guys should stop spamming because if member see the admins spam, then it may encourage them to spam too and the academy will become a complete caos.

if grace and get a promotion, now is the time
