About the tournament sure feel free it's not official though you can plan for the next LDA tourney because it'll be yours.
If you want to host a tourney by creating a HAM and doing matchups that's as good! It'd also be nice if you advertised LDA while you host the tourney via network message or something like that...I might do that today.
