Back to Top Scrolling Button for Index Added

So uh...I put in a script for the index of LDA (the place where the categories are) and apparently, now you can scroll down, and an arrow will appear on the bottom right of your screen, clicking it allows you to bring yourself back to the top of the page.

Small stuff, just wanted to make an announcement for it xD
