Seven Eleven!!

I wrote a lot, got a random idea of using 7-Eleven as a card. If you
want to read the whole description, I'm posting it here.

You may
use the effects of this card only once per turn. If there is exactly 7
cards on the field, you may return up to 4 cards from the field to the
player's hand. If both players have exactly 7 cards in hand, you may
draw 2 cards and your opponent discards 2. If there are exactly 7 cards
in both player's grave, you may remove 1 card from either player's
grave and return one card from your grave to your hand. If there are
exactly 11 cards in both player's hand, you may draw 4 cards and your
opponent discards 4. If There are exactly 11 cards on the field, you
may return 6 cards from the field to the owner's hand. If there are
exactly 11 cards in both player's grave, you may either return up to 4
cards from your grave to hand and remove 4 cards from your opponent's
grave, or special summon up two monsters from your grave and remove 2
cards from your opponent's grave. If there are exactly 7 cards in your
hand, draw two cards. If there are 7 cards in your opponent's hand,
they discard 2. If there is 7 magic/traps on the field, you may play 1
7-Eleven from your deck to the field. If there are exactly 7 monster
cards on the field, you may destroy 2 of your opponents and one of
yours gains 1500 attack until the end of the duel.
