umm Pilover... It was a retest for LDA Yami Marik correct? If so, he cant be a Slifer as he was in Ra and a re-test is either pass or fail meaning pass you move up and fail stays the same

If you can't by a re-test, then how?

We used to have forced monthly retests, but we no longer do it. Demotion by Request can get you demoted in some cases with a proper justification.

Anyways, I believe this was just a joke.
