neos thunder burn? odd deck.

very bad trap choices. use torrential tribute, and mirror force instead of fliping the mat, and sak armor.
drop mirror of oaths(only works well vs a few decks).

what is Miracle Reborn?
if your gonna use Ancient Rules and O-oversoul you should have 3 e hero neos.
don't use emergency teleport unless you have 2 or more targets right now all you have is 1 krebons as far as i can tell sooo don't use it unless you add another.

wont even start with the monsters cuz well i dont even see how they could work way to many decks types in here that dont use the same cards and such so ya.

i've been practicing to make a lockdown deck but i dont have any experience doing that kind of deck...
