Dorm Advancement

Well, I was just thinking of a way for members to advance dorms. Here's one idea:
We could have a system where members pay DC to take the test again. We can set a certain amount of DC at which a member must pay to take the test again. Then, we also set an amount of time that the person has to wait before he can take the test again. Also, a member can only go up ONE rank.(Eg. A member can't jump from Slifer to Obelisk.) So there's only a pass or a fail.

Example:
Let's say Grace is a Slifer Red. Razz

. Grace wants to take the exam again. She'd have to pay 300 DC to take the test. Let's say she crashes and burns and fails the exam, and doesn't get a promotion. She can't take the exam for another month.
If she does pass, she gets promoted to Ra Yellow, not Obelisk.

Well, just a thought. Those numbers were just random numbers. We can pick another amount of DC and another period, if you want. But yeah. Well that's it.

P.S. Sorry, my tenses are all mixed up, I can't think straight atm.
