| This post may be in the wrong area, but if it is please move it to where it should be. I have dueled with both KCVDS and YVD. I liked KCVDS because of the interface as well as the built in chat, hamachi support, and everything like that. However it lacks alot of cards. I'm taking a guess, but its lacking somewhere north of three hundred plus cards in total, about four or five sets. I'm here offering something as a TEMPORARY solution, YVD. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that KCVDS has, but it does have the cards. And without further me just talking here is the link to download the package. It contains the setup file, as well as the most recent set file, and the image file. NOTE: Not all the images are in the file. Also instructions are included. Download for everything is located here: http://www.sendspace.com/file/mzraub | |

| note: In my post I did say what I was thinking. I did not say YVD was better, except for the cards, and i offered it as a TEMP solution until KCVDS gets more freaking cards. Also, there are two major differences. 1) The card information (not the images, but the card info itself) are stored on the host server, which contributes to lag. 2) YVD is more customizable, with custom skins, cards, and it has a nifty advanced card search that allows you to find cards that you probably don't even know exist. | |

| Lol a reply to Volk's last post. How is YVD more customizable? Uhm, custom skins? KCVDS has that. Custom cards? I have no idea what you mean by that. And Advanced Search? KCVDS has that, though that's one thing that is better than KCVDS at.
So, I still think KCVDS is more worth playing, even with the missing cards. KCVDS still has many deck types you can build.
Also, it is known that KCVDS will start testing 1.16 soon, and that it'll probably come out this year.

| We'll see. But a little known note: KCVDS stores its cards and decks (the information) server side. The images are stored client side. by custom cards YVD allows you to take the bits that show the types of cards, and create custom cards for YVD (also known as CCG) | |

| Is that the one that has all cards, including anime and OCG ones? Yeah, I tried that before, didn't like it. xP I find KCVDS more...personable, in YVD, most times you're dueling people that don't know how to duel, and I don't like the idea of walking around like a little person that brings back the memory of playing Pokemon on my GameBoy. XD
I also find KCVDS to be good for not allowing duelists to create, boring, overpowering decks that they can surely create on YVD, people actually try to use different strategies, you know, make it a little more interesting? I think it's good that they don't include all of the cards, otherwise everyone would have the same deck. Plus, lol, I've seen most people on YVD just throw random cards together.
If what I just ranted about wasn't YVD, then please, ignore this comment.

| No Grace you're talking about DMU. Lol.
Anyways, I agree that not having all the cards is good, although I sometimes really wish there were some cards that they DID have. Just because the decks I tend to like to make are always unmakable -.-

| YVD has the OCG ones, but with the new release the OCG and the TCG are seperate. the anime one is DMU (thats the oen that mixes the COG, TCG, and teh anime cards.) | |

| Stupid me. xP
I think my brother had tried it out before, he didn't like it, and frankly (eww, who uses that work anymore? XD), I still like KCVDS, mostly because a lot of my friends are there, I don't like dueling strangers. o.o
Plus, I'd hate to have two dueling systems on my computer. >.<

| LordVolk, everyone has the right to your opinion. Whether you want to deny it or not, you shouldn't be pressing your opinions over others. Don't try to convince someone to try YVD or play it if they don't want to. If this was already apparent to you then you wouldn't still be here preaching about it's "advantages" over KCVDS. | |

| Wow! Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed! I wasnt PRESSING people to play on it, I was also suggesting using it as a reference tool. It has cards listed in it the same as KCVDS, however you can boot it up along side and check cards out. And if you WANT to keep bashing me over SUGGESTIONS then do it in a PM, lest you make a bigger fool of your self for opening oyur mouth, and inserting your own foot. | |

I don't mind that you're stating supposed advantages of YVD, but it appeared to me that you were pressing it on people to use the program, if as advertising if the example makes sense. This was not a direct attack at you either. I wanted to simply point out to you that when people say they don't like the program, it's not always corteous to try to convince them again with another appealing detail. Yusei, I'm well aware he's trying to help. Once again, it wasn't a direct attack. If you read it and it appeared to be aggressive then I apologize.
