Any tournaments for each dorm does not have to be approved by an Admin (but by the Dorm Leader), however, the topic must stay in the Dorm section and will be pinned when ready. Be aware that it will not be an official LDA tournament, although prizes will still be distributed. (As long as they're reasonable).
