LADD VS doomcaliber knight

if LADD and doomcaliber knight were on the field when I activate a spell card. LADD will negate it but doomcaliober knight will negate LADD eff and destroy him OR LADD will negate doomcaliber knight's eff?

I'm not sure about this, but I think LADD only negates one effect per chain, so doomcaliber knight would negate LADD.

LADD is a verry complicated card.

I think LaDD will negate doomcaliber effect because LADD will negate the spell card effect ( Chain ) and then doomcaliber will negate LADD effet ( Chain 2 ), LADD will negate doomcaliber effect ( chain 3 ) So Doomcaliber effect is negated and LADD stay on the field , And the eff of the spell card is not negated .

aj is right here (LaDD can only chain once within a chain), I'm merely confirming XD
