Dont you need crystal beasts to use Rainbow Dragon?

He needs Crystal Beasts if he's planning on summoning the dragon, but all he's planning to do is summon Rainbow Neos with Polymerization.

ryan you cannot reveal " rainbow neos" and sent " rainboe dragon" to the graveyar, you have to send " elemental hero neos".

but you can use king of the swamp

Using prisma, he can send Rainbow to the grave, however I don't see why he'd do that since the dragon has no worth when it's there. He has no way to use or recover it while it's there, other than with Pot of Avarice.


Also, Prisma can't send King of the Swamp to the grave. Unless you meant something else by that last sentence.

no, you cannot send king of the swamp to the grave because king of the swanp isn't listed!!.
and you cannot send rainborn dradon to the grave!! (read the rules -.- in kcvds 1.19 or here: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Rulings:Elemental_Hero_Prisma)

You do realize that I said you can't send King of the Swamp using Prisma, right? I said that since I didn't know why you added this part saying:

You didn't say what he can use King of the Swamp for.
Since you said it after the word "but", it was implied that you were offering a sort of alternative. This made me think that you stated that you can send King of the Swamp to the grave using Prisma's effect. So, would you mind clarifying why you added that last part?



Anyways, I apologize to Ryan for that Rainbow part I stated. I was going purely by game mechanics, I had no idea that the makers had made a specific ruling on it despite the play itself not going against any rules.




As for mortal's fix, I don't see why you'd pull out a Poly to add in Ocean. He's feed for Absolute Zero, but Zero itself can't be summoned without the Poly. Sure, Miracle would help, but with only one being run in the deck, you're hitting with 3 out of 40 cards in the deck to fuse cards with. Sure, you can use Woodsman to scout out Poly, but after that you're running on only two cards to later fuse with. Also, there's King of the Swamp for Poly, but I think that you'd want to not strain him in case you want to use him as food for a Fusion.


Of course, if you could turn the game in your favor with that one poly, that'd be great, but I don't quite see it going that way. Especially if your opponent negates Poly. Gameplay might be a little easier than that, so I might be completely wrong. So you should probably test to see if you can afford to throw out a poly. But even if you can afford to throw out a poly, I don't see the point of adding in Ocean when he won't even be able to withstand many attacks.
