| Well, I have a Water deck in real life, after I tore apart my Fairy deck. xP
Let's see, I'm mostly good with Fairy decks, but...I'll do what I can! XD
I'd drop Fissure and add Smashing Ground, and Magical Mallet should be replaced with either Card Destruction or Morphing Jar, ruin your opponent's strategy as well. 
I'm surprised you don't have a Heavy Storm in their, it's definitely a staple now, so is Mystical Space Typhoon, maybe they're just not needed in Water decks. XD
Fake Trap = Bad
I've never seen this card used in a KCVDS deck before until now, I'm surprised. XD Instaed of that, you should add 3 Solemns instead, or Dark Bribes, I see you have one.
I suggest taking out a couple of Waboku and Compulsory Evacuation Device and add Torrential Tribute and some Bottomless Trap Holes, maybe a Book of Moon or two.
Hehe...well, that's all I can give you, I'm not too familiar with Water decks, so you can test it out and see how it works for you. | |

| building off of what Grace started I would take out a Neo-Daedalus, you just need 1 because you dont want it in your hand unless Umi/Legendary Ocean are on the feild with Levia-Dragon Daedalus as well
um you can look up unshaven anglers, they count as two tributes for water monsters
and defineatly add at least 1 Legendary Fisherman hes a great card
I also have a Umi/water deck and you can look it up there if you'd like some more ideas | |
