1 CARD DESTRUCTION
1 pot of greed
1 UPSTART GOBLIN
1 monster reborn
1 MONSTER REINCARNATION
1 SWORDS OF REVEALING LIGHT
1 ARCHFIEND'S OATH
1 SAKURETSU ARMOR
1 THREATENING ROAR
1 RAIGEKI BREAK
3 JAR OF GREED

Haha, I'm not too familiar with Exodia decks, (well, I've been up against many), so I may not be too much help. XD

First, I'd start by taking out the banned cards:

- 1 Pot of Greed

Then I'd just take out the ones that aren't too helpful:

- 1 Big Eye
- 3 Skelengel
- 2 The Shallow Grave
- 1 Monster Reincarnation
- 1 Archfiend's Oath
- 1 Raigeki Break
- 1 Fairy Box

Then I'd add the essentials:

+ 3 Solemn Judgment
+ 1 Torrential Tribute
+ 1 Heavy Storm
+ 1 Mystical Space Typhoon
+ 3 Reckless Greed
+ 1 Gravity Bind
+ 1 Level Limit - Area B

Dunno how that'd work for you, you can go for the...5 Pieces of Exodia + 15 high DEF normal monsters + Heart of the Underdog. Good luck with your deck!

Grace already gave you some advices, but I'd sugest you also remove the card of safe retun, mystic tomato and mask of darkness, they won't help you to get exodia.

Try adding Dark Factory of Mass Produccion in case your exodia parts go to the grave and Messenger of Peace. Also I don't like solemn Jugment because it makes you pay half of your life points, I've many peopole losing because of it, try using Dark Bribe instead...Well that's just my opinion.

Also, avoid having more than 40 cards in your deck. Pot of greed is banned, you should remove it. Btw, exodia decs are forbinden in must of tournaments since they're broken and not creative at all, so you should try using a second hand deck.

u can use
3.TOON TABLE OF CONTENTS and 1 TOON MASKED SORCERER
for some deck thining but only if u have a 40 card deck aslo use 3 upstair goblin it doesnt matter if u ur opponent has high LP also u can add
1-2 Soul taker to get rid of ur opponents strong monsters
and 3 thretning roar for pretection
that all i can think of at the moment

I've always found Exodia-Appropriate to be useful, but just to retain some creativity with your deck I'll go with a slightly more normal approach.

Anywho, fixes (going by the list on your first post):

- Pot of Greed (banned card >.>)
- Big Eye
- 2 Mask of Darkness
- Monster Reincarnation
- Upstart Goblin
- Fairy Box
- Rageki Break
- 3 Skelengel
- Archfiend's Oath
- Sakuretsu Armor (Enough stall cards along with Mirror)
- Threatening Roar (Same)
- Infinite Cards (Pot, Spear Cretin, Monster Reborn, Dark Factory will allow you to get any Exodia pieces in the grave)
- Emissary of the Afterlife (Maxing isn't necessary)
- Messenger of Peace (Not the greatest stall, and plus there's others in your deck as well >.>)
- 2 Mystic Tomato (Summoning Exodia pieces in face up attack isn't a great idea in the case you don't have a stall card up >.>)
- Jar of Greed (Meh, doesn't need to be maxed, and I'm not a personal fan of it )

i think these monsters can help your deck:
2 Destiny Hero-Defender
3 Des Lacooda
3 Nimble Momonga (you can decreasing your deck and get 3000 LP)
1 Neo-Spacian Grand Mole (optional)
Dont use Mystic Tomato, its too risky

and for back up:
1 Level Limit - Area B
1 Sword of Revealing Light
1 Gravity Bind
2 Fairy Box (if you want)
1 or 2 Messenger of Peace
1 Mirror Force

Dont forget to bring monster destroyer card such as Lighting Vortex, Fissure, Smashing Ground, etc.(but dont use Torrential Tribute or Dark Hole)

Jar of Greed is not bad for exodia deck (i bring 3 Jar of Greed in my exodia deck)^^

Use Monster Reborn or The Shallow Grave to revive Sangan and Emissary of The Afterlife.

Dont forget to bring Dark Bribe (I prefer Dark Bribe to Solemn Judgement)^^

Exodia deck weakness (I think) are Demise deck and Burn deck(especially Simochi deck).
For facing Demise deck you can bring Skill Drain, its very helpfull (I think).

If Destiny Hero - Disc Commander want banned i could give you a killer deck list but none the less im just spamming or better yet everything haqs been said that could make your deck better youll just have to fiddle with them tell you get one that works just remeber when makeing a deck stay positive and patiant you will acheve it
