All right, since nobody has responded to my topic in the Suggestions area lately, I've decided to just continue on.
Posting Duels FormatFrom now on, there will be a FORMAT to posting results, as well as a confirmation required.
Here is the format in which you must post your results.
- Code:
-
Opponent's LDA Name:
Opponent's LDA Rank:
Final Score:
Additional Comments:
All titles must be EXACTLY [your name] VS [your opponent's name]
The Opponent's LDA Name isn't really required, since you have it in your title. You do NOT have to copy the code every time when posting results, nor do you have to have those words written in your results; you just need to have all of the information there.
So, if you were to post your results like this:
Ra Yellow VS Ra Yellow
Dark Synchro VS Dragons
2-0 my favor
Good Game!
that would be perfectly fine. Just make sure you have all of the information required in your post. Otherwise, the duel will NOT be cashed in.
Confirmation RuleAlso, the confirmation rule has been ADDED once again. Many of you have already been getting your opponent's confirmation, and that's great. For those who haven't been doing so, you will now need confirmation for your duels to be cashed in. All you need your opponent to do is simply reply in your results and say "Confirmed".
There are also a few other ways you can get around getting your opponent to confirm, if they're too lazy. One way is a screen shot. You can simply take a screen shot of the duel, ending in your favor, and post it along with your results. Also, you can also copy a small portion of your hamachi chat with your opponent, and just have them confirm it through hamachi.
Cashing in DC
Admins will need to read this section tooFrom now on, this is how DC match duels will work. It's just a tiny adjustment. The winner of a match duel will still get the normal 2x listed on the DC System sticky. However, if the person who did not win the match got one win (if the score was 2-1), then that member will instead only get HALF(1/2 [50%]), of the DC listed.
For example, a Ra defeats a Slifer 2-1.
Normally, when a Ra beats a Slifer once, he will get 25 DC
Normally, when a Slifer beats a Ra once, he will get 100 DC.
Since the Ra won the match, he receives 50 DC as usual.
The Slifer, however, does not get 100 DC. Instead, he gets 50 DC.
This should make the DC system a bit more balanced. We'll be testing these changes made, and there could still be additions/subtractions later on, but that's it for now!^^
