LDA Going Down

Okay, everyone. After much thought and consideration, I've made the decision, as an administrator, to temporarily put Light Duel Academy offline. As you may have noticed, administrators just don't have enough time as this moment, and we haven't been able to find reliable, active replacements. Ace is busy and has considered leaving the academy; Arlin has recently left because he is busy with other things in life; Grace/Kikyo have left a while ago; and I don't have enough time to run all of this all by myself, due to all of the school work.

I have already left a note for Ace to change the skin back to its original skin, as I think that definitely looks more appealing than this current one. We will then shut down the entire LDA forum, making it offline. During this period of time, Ace and I (most likely) will try our best to find time to work on the site, finish some things, and get our act together. Once everything is complete and Ace and I have time to get back onto LDA (most likely near the Summer), we will restore the LDA site, and try to get the academy active again. Of course, this will also mean getting new staff members, and current members of the academy will obviously have a higher chance, since they have been with the academy for a longer period of time, and Ace and I have probably gotten to know you.

But until then, I wish everyone good luck in everything they do. Happy Holidays for all of the holidays that will pass before LDA is restored. I hope you all return to support the academy when it is finished and back up.

If you have any last minute questions, feel free to post them here, and if I see it, I'll make sure to answer it best I can. The site will stay open until Ace gets my message.

WOW I am really sad to read this although i somehow felt from the current circumstances that it will happen .....
Anyway i wish you best luck in getting LDA back to full action as soon as you could if you ever needed any help never hesitate in asking me

I'm surprised too.
There are times when things can get really busy and a certain thing must be put aside until the free time is back in everyone's hand. Especially now, it's on the slightly rough spot for those concentrating on school and other important matters at the moment. LDA is still gonna be standing right where it is ready to become active again.

Lets just keep a head's up for the academy to reopen in good time soon. Good luck to everyone and to you too Aster.

Wow, even if I only recently joined, this really doesn't look good. Hopefully you find new replacements soon, good luck and let's get LDA up and running like the great academy it is!

i just started this site with a big heart of acculy being able top duel onlione and now itz goin down ................i wonder when this site is going off line and i would like to help and i wish ppl would come online so if you need help im hear all day after school so if it doesnt get shut down id like to be tested but if it is then AGAIN: IM HERE TO HELP!!!!

I Think someone should shut down LDA. Seriously, it's a while that it should be closed. People are still posting.

Wow I just noticed about this and I'm realy sorry for it, so I just want to let you guys know that I'll be back on summer once the academy comes back that way you won't have to look for a new mod..allthought it won't be for long.

Anyway, if there's anything I can do to help just let me know, and good luck.
