Outcome: 1-0 nhant We dueled the second duel looked like I was going to win but it froze up 1600-Nhant 4000-Me, but he had a counter card to stop my Sangan. Anyways it was close and I couldn't determine the outcome for sure.

Good duels...er duel. I take note of past test and any comments on them. After reading what you did to be placed in Ra, I took that into account.
Your deck was a nice build and had a nice sturdy foundation. It kept me guessing at times. That is a good thing. I liked your deck build and how you used it.
Strategy wise, it seemed to me you improved. You took note of what the last tester said to you and used that to become a better duelist. You held onto several cards that I thought a Ra would have used much earlier. So good job.
Card rulings; I did a few plays that played on some intermediate to advance ruling situations, and you seemed to understand those without any problems at all. Your general knowledge and use of basic rulings and cards is fine.
Overall; good duel(s). I was impressed with some of the moves you made and can comfortably recommend you into Obelisk. Congrats! As to where you sit in Obelisk I would say if it was on a 1-5 scale 1 being just made it in 5 being I AM OBELISK GOD! I would put you at about a 2.5; not quite the middle but sort of an advanced beginner.
