Gladiator Beasts

I recently have been using the famous Gladiator Beast. What can I say, I love this deck

Anyways, here's my question. Most Gladiator Beast have as an effect "If he's attacked or he attacks,you can Special Summon 1 Glad.Beast after Dammage". So lets say I put a Glad.Beast in Defence and my opponent destroys it... does his effect still activate because he got attacked?

Also,lets say I attacked with Glad.Beast Spartacus. I activate his effect and I choose to summon Glad.Beast . Can I from there fusion them to summon Glad.Beast Gaiouz or do I have to wait next turn before fusing them?

1- No, because GB's must remain on the field to have their effects activated.
2- Spartacus will be in your deck after you activate his effect, you can't fuse him.

the 1st Q:
the eff say that u must send this galdeator beast to grave or return to deck
so if ur mon destroys there will be no eff

Sorry dont understand 2. If I dont activate his effect? As so as he's Special Summoned I fuse him?

If you don't understand my answer then i probably don't understand your question. The way i see it, you are trying to say that you attack with Spartacus and activate his effect at the end of the battle phase. You put Spartacus into the deck and take another Gladiator Beast into the field. Now you are asking if you can fuse Gaiodiaz, but you can't because you don't have Spartacus anymore. You see you can't fusion summon while an effect is resolving. You can only chain to an effect and a fusion summon cannot be chained to any effect.
Also know that taking a GB into the deck is a cost for activating it's effect.

Try to be more clear if i still haven't answered your real question.

Answere to the 1st question : You have to return them FROM YOUR SIDE OF THE FIELD TO YOUR DECK ( not graveyard or something else ).

Answere to the 2nd question : You can't special summon another Spartacus from your deck by it's own effect + Spartacus cannot be special summoned except by Hoplomus effect.
and you can fusion in your Main Phase ( MP1 or MP2 ) if u have the above cards.
