Solemn Judgment is Limited, so I'd start with updating the deck for the banlist. I'd also make a clear decision on whether or not the deck is based upon stalling the opponent or using Gravekeeper's Servant, because it'd be remarkably ineffective if your opponent could not attack.
From a standpoint of which cards I'd take out:
-1 Night Assailant: Really shouldn't be here. Monster removal isn't really needed in this deck.
+1 Destiny Hero - Defender: Forces your opponent to draw, may make them lose sooner.
-3 D.D. Borderline: This is useless if you plan to use Card Destruction or Book of Moon.
+3 Book of Eclipse: Incredibly useful for both thinning your opponent's deck by forcing them to draw, stalling, and flipping your monsters back face down.
-3 Bottomless Trap Hole: If you want to stall, destroying an opponent's monsters isn't really the way to go, especially when some decks can get around it.
+3 Threatening Roar: This is the card of choice for stalling or stopping attacks. It's chainable, and it stops the opponent for one whole turn whether they try to destory it or not.
