Questions about sources

Im am new to online dueling and looking up yugioh stuff online. What are some sources for rulings, combos, decks, and other information oriented yugioh websites? I have the yugioh wikia, but other sources are always nice. Especially a website in which things are decided, the source of all information so to speak.

Im sorry forgot bout that one. I did read that topic awhile back. I was actually looking for something a bit more in depth. The website provided has alot of rulings which was one part of my inquiry. I am also looking for forums/websites dedicated to the more technical side of yugioh; Combos, analysis of the metagame, etc.

EDIT: To better clarify why Im asking this. Im the type of person to do tons of research on topics. I like to read and learn about everything about whatever im researching. Since Im very interested in getting better in yugioh i would like to also have ready sources to look things up or analyze various aspects of the game.

lol I have looked intensively at the article section. While I do enjoy it, its rather empty. Sort of. Ah well, I guess there are no such sites as I had in mind. Im used to being able to find such. I do so with WOW and other games, lol.
