LDA BETA Dueling Arena

All right, since many of you have suggested to
create an entire section just for duel requests, I figured we shouldn't
waste space on the forum, and we could just have an LDA Beta Dueling
Arena on hamachi instead. And it'll work more efficiently since you
know when people are logged in.

The purpose of this Dueling Arena is to provide duelists a chance to
find other duelists that are ready to duel. All duelists in the Duel
Arena must be ready to duel if they are to stay in.

Here are the rules of the Duel Arena:

Code:: 1. You MUST LEAVE the Duel Arena before you log out or go inactive(Not
ready to duel). You can rejoin once you're ready to duel again. This is
the number-one MOST IMPORTANT rule. Failure to abide by this rule might
earn you a verbal warning at first. After that, there will be
consequences towards your LDA account, such as a warning, and it could
even get you banned from the Dueling Arena(Not LDA) if it continues.

2. You are forbidden to refer members to the Duel Arena that are not part of the LDA

3. You must have a rank in LDA

4. All duels taking place in the Duel Arena must be recorded in the Luminous Duel Arena.

Just remember that we're still testing it, hence BETA, so we're not
keeping it for sure. We'll see how it goes and if members like using
it. If it goes inactive, obviously we won't keep it.

And last but not least, have fun dueling and remember to follow the rules!

P.S. It just opened, so it might take a while before it starts going
active. Every now and then, I may post it in every hamachi network with
more than 3 people, just for those who don't read the announcements.

I don't think this is nessesary with all the LDN networks, but I may try it out.

Hmm. Well, if you're in the network, you can only find the people in your network. Using this, you're able to find anyone who's ready to duel. So, it's just a thought. We'll test it for a while, then see if it's frequently used, and if the members like it.

I agree. I will spend like 30 minutes looking for someone then i'll find an opponent then they will either not know how to play the game or they will use banned cards mainly the god cards.

I used it for the first time last night. Usually, since I get on at a time most people do not, I never get to duel anyone. But when I entered the duel arena there was plenty of people to duel there! I love this idea alot and its implementation seems to be working out well.

Which is why they get kicked out when I check it, and they get sent a PM. If it continues, they get an account warning, and eventually a ban/suspension from the duel arena. ^^
