Need help making a deck

Need to know how and where to make a deck and make some DC an elemental hero deck to be specific.

This should be in the Deck Dome, not LDA support.

I think he ment where he could create a deck, not where he can get it fixed. Check the sticky topic on this section named "What do we duel with?"

Also to get DC just duel anyone and post the results in luminus duel arena once you got tested.
