Effect:
This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. During
the End Phase of a turn in which 3 or more cards you control were
destroyed, you can Special Summon this card from your hand or
Graveyard. This card is not destroyed in a battle between this card and
a monster whose ATK is equal to the ATK of this card. When this card is
Summoned successfully, or when control of this card changes, the
controller of this card selects 1 face-up card on the field. Negate the
effect of all monsters on the field except this card and the selected
monster while this card remains face-up. When the selected card is
removed from the field, select a new target for this effect. If this
effect cannot be activated, remove this card from play.

Effect:
During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position
monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the
difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. Your opponent then
discards 1 card from the top of his/her Deck. If the discarded card was
a monster, inflict damage to your Life Points equal to the Level of the
discarded card x 300 points. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you
can change this card to Defense Position to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or
lower monster from your hand. If you activate this effect, this card's
battle position cannot be changed until your opponent's next End Phase.
During battle between this Defense Position card and your opponent's
attacking monster whose ATK is higher than the DEF of this card,
inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your Life Points.
