The Duelist Cup (Idea)

Here's a tournament idea I have, because everyone wants it to be "original" from LDA, so here it is.

The Duelist Cup

So it starts by gathering 8 duelists from each dorm (Testers and above are Obelisk).

For each dorm match-ups will be created, Obelisk vs. Obelisk, Ra vs. Ra and Slifer vs. Slifer.

So it'll be like 3 mini tournaments in one, there will be a winner in each one.

Eh, I was thinking about this last night, so I don't really have all the details. XD

All the meta decks will be banned, and so will burn, stall, mill, OTK, and Exodia, so hopefully there will be some interesting deck builds.

Hmm...dunno where to go after we have the winners from Obelisk, Ra, Slifer, should they all duel each other...? I'm willing to accept ideas or suggestions for this.

And the winner will win a nice trophy to put in their siggy a custom title + DC.

This will most likely be held at the end of the year probably.

Whaddya think?

Well, to make it even after the first round, expand to 4 brackets(Slifer, Ra, Obelisk, and Testers/Mods/Admins). Then, the winners of the brackets duel each other in another bracket.

Ah okay, dunno if I can gather 8 Testers/Mods/Admins though. XD

Okay...so example:

Tester/Mod/Admin - Winner = Omega 6

Obelisk - Winner = aj6666

Ra - Winner = St. Anna

Slifer - Winner = Arlin

Just so I can get this straight, so each of the winners will have to duel each other maybe in a match? Now explain how that works, I'm terrible at creating situations like this. XD

Edit: Well, it doesn't have to be eight members, as long as the number is even for each rank then all will be accepted, I just chose 8 'cause it goes 8 - 4 - 2 - 1 which is easier. XD

Yep, that's where I got it from, the LDA Next Top Duelist Cycle. Would love help. ^^

I guess we can make the four finalists all duel each other in match duels.

This is verry Similar to the inter-dorm tournament Zane sugested
