You may move something in to the archive if you close it. It will never get deleted. These topics should NEVER get deleted by a moderator/administrator otherwise it results in a warning. Get two, you get a penalty.

Closed Topics
Spam Topics
Closed Duel Topics
Old Topics
You may not put:
Open Topics
Ongoing Topics
Active Topics
Any topic that does not deserve to be deleted
Any topic of another moderator/administrator
You may only do this after CLOSING the TOPIC. Remember that!
