7/30/09 - Features Updated: Warning Bar & New Experience System

The experience system has been added!
From now on, moderators and administrators can both change a user's "Experience" bar if he/she sees that the user has shown an achievement, eg. Posting a great deck, or even giving a thoughtful post!

When this reaches 100, a member will be upgraded to the next rank, but to be upgraded to Tester/Mod/Admin, an administrator will check if there is an active spot open, eg. when one quits, becomes non-active for months, or when an administrator approves of him/her being a good enough candidate to REPLACE one of the mods/admins/testers.

Read about the Experience System Suggestion here, it has been approved currently, and is going under a trial! This trial will see if members are satisfactory with this method. It will take off the requirements of buying a rank from a Shop.

Warning Bar: The bar has been removed from every post you make, but is only visible in the profile of a member. A mod/admin may edit the field and change it to the appropriate warning level.

This system is unfair given that I would rise in ranks instantly because of my beautiful chin.

indeed, mod, tester and admin ranks should be awarded when the person has proven him/herself, not with dueling expirience.

Also, I dont think there should be a limit for the mod/tester number, we weill need more and more staff members as the academy grows up.

EDIT: One more thing: the warning bar should be wievable in the persons post, if not, the person wont be know or will forget how many warnings he/she has.

I like the Experience bar; I always wanted to know how far I've learned in dueling.
