Battle team idea

My idea (actually copied from DAD forum) is next:
to make some kind of battle team with will represent academy on some tournyes or wars or anything else.
Also, it' will be good if we have some kind of diplomats that will represent academy and made more allies and academy friends. Also these diplomats will arrange some tournaments between two or more academies. Also that diplomats may have their DEBATE CLUB's and show people (verbally) treat other people, which will help them to manage their selves in real life situations. Also some debates on certain topics will be arranged (on which i'am working on)
So guys tell me what u think about my ideas

we leave wars as open testing to those who feel like they are good enough to participate and they then are tested by LDA War Leader, or Leader(s) depending on the situation. I believe Omega is the LDA War Leader and im sure everyone else here would agree with me

ya no need for a permanent team when we have some great testers who organize the wars better with the most active members at the time.
