A lot of questions

I have some question

1. Can Horus the Black Flames Dragon Lv 6 tranform to Lv 8 with Level Up? I doubt because Lv 6 unaffected by Spell.
2. Can Solemn Judgement negate Normal Summon or Special Summon of Jinzo? because few duelist did it.
3. Can I use Mirror Force to Dragon type when there is Lord of Dragon Face up on the field?

Please answer my questions.^^

2: Yes Solemn can negate it's summon.
Negating means as if it never hit the field, and that means his effect doesn't affect Solemn Judgement.

Targeting means your opponent has to select a Dragon.
